Great Place to Work (2022)

Ideated with copywriters and other peers on the creative team to define our driving theme for this year’s announcement: “Work has changed. Our values haven’t.”

We worked to capture evergreen symbols of our culture and capture the celebratory nature of this award.

 
 
  • Responsible for concepting and the execution of any and all designs for this announcement on behalf of Red Hat and Life at Red Hat social channels

  • Working with our video team (Luke Goodson) on this project to advise when capturing the shots, and making sure they align to the visual direction of this year’s announcement

 

Great Place to Work (2021)

Ideated on what makes Red Hat a great place to work, and one of the main factors Red Hat always prides itself on is its’ culture.

To me, that really meant showcasing some of the faces that make this culture what it is.

 
 
  • Responsible for concepting and the execution of any and all designs for this announcement on behalf of Red Hat and Life at Red Hat social channels

  • Responsible for pitching and executing the “Loud and proud“ concept by way of pulling from the photo library of Red Hat associates. Relying on using real, authentic photos (versus models).
